These terms govern the services provided by Van Sinderen Putting Studio (KvK 73855278, BTW NL859687612B01), De Linge 23c, 8253 PJ Dronten, the Netherlands.
We offer putting coaching, private lessons, group clinics, club fitting and on-course caddying. The specific scope of each session is agreed in advance.
Bookings are confirmed once payment has been received through our payment provider. Prices listed on the site are in euros and include VAT where applicable.
Sessions can be rescheduled or cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the start time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, or no-shows, may be charged in full. In case of bad weather or other circumstances beyond your control, we will work with you to find a new slot.
If a session is cancelled by us and cannot be rescheduled, you are entitled to a full refund. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method.
Participants are expected to follow safety instructions and the etiquette of the host facility. We reserve the right to end a session without refund if behaviour endangers others.
Participation is at your own risk. Our liability for any direct damage is limited to the amount paid for the relevant session. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the district of the provider.
