When you use our contact form we collect your name, email address and the content of your message. When you book or pay for a session, we process booking details and payment information through our payment provider.
We use your data to reply to enquiries, schedule lessons, process payments, and provide the services you request. We do not sell your data and do not use it for marketing without your consent.
We work with trusted providers to operate the site and services: Stripe (payment processing), Calendly (scheduling), and our hosting and backend provider for storing form submissions. These parties only process data on our behalf and under appropriate data-processing agreements.
We retain your data only for as long as necessary to provide our services and to comply with legal obligations (such as tax retention requirements).
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict processing, and to data portability.
